The small print may be tedious but we do ask that you read it through. It is designed so that we all know where we stand. There are 3 sections:

Bookings & Payments

By making a booking for a couples session, workshop or retreat, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Couples sessions can be paid for in advance or within 7 days of your session. We ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. There are fees for late cancellation or non-attendance except in exceptional circumstances.

Up to 24 hours notice - No cost
12-24 hours notice - 50% of the full session fee
Less that 12 hours or non-attendance: 100% of the full session fee

If this work is calling you yet is beyond your means, talk to us. We can often find a way!

Payment

You can pay on-line here, or you can make a bank transfer (BACS). Make an enquiry here and we will send you the bank details.

Recommendations, Health & Wellbeing

Insurance

For our residential retreat we recommend that you ensure that you have adequate travel insurance. For health cover, check that you have a current EHIC card ( see here) in addition to travel insurance cover.

Health & Wellbeing

You are responsible for your own wellbeing. If you are under the care of a mental health team or practitioner or have an ongoing psychiatric diagnosis, talk to us first. It may be that the workshops or retreats we offer would not be appropriate or suitable for you.

Privacy Policy

We will hold in a database your name, address, contact details and details of the sessions, workshops or retreats you attend. All such data will be collected and transmitted securely using encrypted (https) connections.

We will use this data to stay in touch with you from time to time to inform you of upcoming events. We hate junk mail and promise not to bombard you with emails.

We will never sell or distribute your details to anyone else.

We will not discriminate based on any arbitrary grouping made on the basis of race, colour, religious or spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, class, education, ability, and I'm sure there are other categorisations that have been missed.

We are all humans being and in our work in the arena of relating we encourage and promote tolerance, interest and curiosity of difference rather than rejection, alienation and division.

Having said all of that, much as we would like to, we may not right now be in a position to make what we offer available to everyone.
